Today the Region’s President Dr. Samuel Azzopardi met with the President of the European Parliament Roberta Metsola. A multitude of subjects was discussed with a particular focus on the Gozo Region, its inhabitants, and the European dimension of the Kunsill Reġjonali Għawdex. The President has always steadfastly believed in Gozo, the Gozitans, their strengths, challenges, and well-being.
